The process
SyncaVit does not use questionnaires, proprietary algorithms, or wellness guesswork. It reads your biometric signals, compares them to your own baseline, and applies a transparent set of rules to produce your weekly formula.
SyncaVit connects to Garmin, Oura Ring, Fitbit, Apple Health, and Samsung Health via official APIs. Once authorised, your data syncs automatically — no manual logging, no CSV uploads. We pull sleep stages, resting heart rate, HRV, stress index, and activity data every day.
Your wearable credentials are encrypted with a unique per-user key derived from your account. We read your data; we never store raw biometric files.
During your first 30 days, SyncaVit establishes your personal baseline — the average values for each biomarker that are normal for you. This is critical. A resting HRV of 42ms might be low for one person and optimal for another. SyncaVit compares you to you, not a population average.
Baselines update on a rolling 30-day window. If your fitness improves, your baseline adjusts with it, ensuring recommendations stay relevant.
Each week, the Logic Engine compares your 7-day averages against your 30-day baseline. Every significant deviation — HRV dipping below threshold, sleep onset lengthening, stress index rising — is flagged with its magnitude and direction. Nothing is hidden in a black box.
The Logic Engine uses deterministic rules, not AI-generated guesses. Every signal has a documented threshold and a documented output. You can see the full rule set in your Lab view.
Flagged signals map directly to evidence-based supplements with specific dosages. The formula is rebuilt every week from scratch — if your sleep improves, L-Theanine drops out. If your HRV recovers, Magnesium reduces. Recommendations track your data, not a static questionnaire answer.
Each ingredient card in your Lab shows the exact signal that triggered it, the threshold it crossed, and a summary of the evidence behind the recommendation.
Every recommendation in your Lab comes with a full explanation: which metric changed, by how much, and why that specific supplement addresses it. You are never asked to trust SyncaVit — you are given the data to verify it yourself.
The Logic Engine table in your Lab shows every signal, its current reading, its status, and its output. If a signal is within range, it shows "OK" and no supplement is recommended for it.
Example rules
| Signal | Threshold | Output |
|---|---|---|
| HRV (7-day avg) | > 8% below 30-day baseline | Magnesium Bisglycinate |
| Sleep onset | > 20 min above baseline | L-Theanine |
| Sunlight exposure | < 2h/day across ≥5 days | Vitamin D3 |
| Stress index | Elevated ≥4 days in 7 | Ashwagandha |
| Resting HR | > 5 bpm above baseline | Magnesium / CoQ10 |
| Sleep duration | > 45 min below nightly avg | Glycine / Tart Cherry |
| Recovery score | < 60% on ≥3 days in 7 | Rhodiola Rosea |
The full rule matrix is visible inside your Lab. Every threshold, every output — documented.
