2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using SyncaVit, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use SyncaVit. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement. SyncaVit is intended for general wellness purposes and is not a medical device.
4. Not Medical Advice
SyncaVit provides personalised supplement recommendations based on wearable data. These recommendations are for informational and wellness purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement or medication regimen, particularly if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking prescription medication.
5. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@syncavit.com if you suspect unauthorised access. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
6. Subscription and Billing
SyncaVit is offered on a subscription basis at £5.99/month following a 7-day free trial. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Billing begins automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel. Subscriptions renew monthly on the same date. Prices may change on reasonable notice.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then. If you cancel within your free trial, you will not be charged. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
8. Connected Devices and Data
To use SyncaVit, you must authorise access to your wearable data via the relevant device platforms (Garmin, Oura, Fitbit, Apple Health, or Samsung Health). You remain in control of these permissions and may revoke them at any time from your Settings. We do not sell or share your health data with third parties for commercial purposes. 9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use SyncaVit for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; interfere with the service or its infrastructure; reverse engineer or copy any part of the platform; or resell or redistribute the service without written permission.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and design elements of SyncaVit — including the Logic Engine, scoring methodology, and recommendations — are the intellectual property of [Company Name]. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes during your active subscription.
11. Affiliate Links
SyncaVit participates in the Amazon Associates Programme. Supplement recommendation pages may contain affiliate links to Amazon products. We earn a small commission on qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence which supplements are recommended — recommendations are determined solely by your wearable data and the Logic Engine.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SyncaVit and its operators are not liable for: any health outcomes arising from following supplement recommendations; losses arising from service interruption or data loss; or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you in any calendar month shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in that month.
13. Service Availability
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may carry out maintenance or updates at any time. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature of the service with reasonable notice.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
