1. Who we are

SyncaVit is a personal bio-optimisation service. We can be contacted at hello@syncavit.com.

2. What data we collect

SyncaVit collects the following categories of data when you grant permission:

• Health data — from your connected wearable devices: heart rate, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, sleep stages and duration, steps, active calories, basal metabolic rate, distance, floors climbed, walking speed, VO2 max, blood oxygen saturation, respiratory rate, weight, height, and exercise sessions.
• Account data — email address and password (stored securely and encrypted).
• Usage data — basic service usage logs for debugging and improving the service.

3. How we use your data

Your health data is used solely to:

• Calculate your daily Bio-Sync score.
• Generate personalised supplement recommendations.
• Display trends and progress within the service.

We do not use your health data for advertising or sell it to third parties under any circumstances.

4. How we store and protect your data

Health data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored securely on our servers (EU West region). We apply industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit. Wearable device credentials are encrypted with a unique per-user key — they cannot be accessed or read by our team.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or health data with third parties except:

• Infrastructure providers — our hosting and database providers act as data processors under appropriate data processing agreements. They process data only on our instructions.
• Payment processing — payment data is handled by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Legal requirements — if required by law or valid court order.

6. Apple HealthKit

Where SyncaVit integrates with Apple HealthKit, health data obtained from HealthKit is used only for the purposes described above. We do not share HealthKit data with third parties, use it for advertising, or sell it. This is consistent with Apple's HealthKit guidelines.

7. Google Health Connect

Where SyncaVit integrates with Google Health Connect, health data obtained from Health Connect is used only for the purposes described above. We do not share Health Connect data with third parties, use it for advertising, or sell it.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at hello@syncavit.com. You can also delete your account and all associated data from within your Settings page.

9. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your health data and personal information will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

10. Children

SyncaVit is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-service notification. Continued use of SyncaVit after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
